These conditions shall apply to all sales transactions between Shop with Love and any person, firm or company (“the Purchaser”) placing an order with Shop with Love for the manufacture and/or supply of any goods (“the Goods”). Shop with Love by accepting any order for Goods from the Purchaser agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to purchase such Goods at the price stated on Shop with Love’s website or order form and on the sole basis of the terms and conditions of Shop with Love stated herein.

Purchasing Goods

When purchasing goods on this Website you warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate and current in all respects. If your personal information changes then please notify us immediately by contacting us on [email protected] (9am to 5pm GMT Monday to Friday). You agree not to impersonate any other person, business or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.

You place your order request for goods from the Website by clicking on the confirm order button at the end of the on-line order process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.

Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an acknowledgement providing you with a payment reference and the value of your order which has been debited to your bank or PayPal account, credit/debit card.


We will make every effort to despatch orders within 5 working days of receipt – saying that, orders are usually sent out same day using Royal Mail. In some cases, such as over weekends and bank holidays you order will be shipped next business day.

The Royal Mail will attempt delivery and if the recipient is not at home a card will be left with written instructions asking them to contact their local post office to arrange collection. It is then the recipient’s responsibility to contact the Royal Mail and arrange for collection. If the delivery is returned to Shop with Love, re-delivery will not be possible and the order will be cancelled and Purchaser refunded in full.

Shop with Love does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods. If you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you when an order is received, please contact Shop with Love within 48 hours of receipt.

If you are purchasing a Bird house or feeder from our Reclaimed Garden section, these will be sent via Hermes courier. We will upload your email for notifications and let you know when it has been dispatched.

Postage charges

We offer a banding postage system to try to keep costs down. Orders up to £5.00 costs £2.00 postage, orders £5.00-£10.00 is £3.00 postage, orders £10.00-£15.00 is £4.00 and orders over £15.00 is £5.00.

Account Details and Customer Privacy

Shop with Love collects the information provided by the Purchaser at the time of ordering and uses this information lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information is collected by Shop with Love to process the Purchaser’s order and also to provide the highest level of customer service possible.

Shop with Love does not sell or pass customer’s e-mail addresses or other details to other parties nor do we bombard our customers with endless e-mails and leaflets. If you order from us, we may contact you about your order and we may, on occasion, e-mail or write to you with information about our products and special offers. If you would prefer not to receive any promotional material at all from us, please let us know.

Returns and cancellations 

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase, but should you want to return an item bought from us, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund excluding postage, providing they are returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition in their original packaging.

Please notify us by email with your reason for return and description, prior to sending back the item(s). Customers are responsible for the payment of any postage incurred for the return of the item(s), unless there has been an error on our part or the item is faulty. 

Please note we are not liable for any packages lost in the post and therefore suggest you return your item, using a traceable method such as the royal mail recorded delivery.

If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email advising you of this.

Complaints and Customer Service

The Purchaser should inform Shop with Love immediately of any problems by emailing [email protected] Complaints are taken very seriously by Shop with Love and will be dealt with within 5 working days, although the majority of complaints will be corrected within a few hours. Please note that the Purchaser is also welcome to contact Shop with Love on any issue relating to their order via the email listed above. Shop with Love main operating hours are from 9:30 GMT to 5pm GMT, Monday to Friday.


Prices for Goods include VAT where applicable as well as standard packaging. The price does not include the delivery of the order to the Purchaser. This is an additional cost, unless otherwise stated. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

Secure Ordering and Payment

For all orders, we will retain the legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you. Goods will only be despatched once payment has been received in full. 

Product and Product Variations 

Please bear in mind that our handmade range of products are genuinely hand-made in small volumes so you may encounter some variation in colour, texture, scent or wrapping between batches or orders and as they are pictured on this site or in any other marketing materials. If you do have any problems or queries, please let us know.

Any products and services, and any samples thereof, we may provide to you are for personal use only. You may not sell or re-sell any of the products or services, and any samples thereof, you receive from us.

Soap Product Ingredients 

SLS Free Opaque Soap Base - Vegetable Glycerine Soap Base - Aqua, Propylene glycol, Sodium stearate, Sodium laureth sulfate, Glycerin, Sucrose, Sodium cocoate, Sodium xylene sulfonate, Steraic Acid, Tetrasodium EDTA, Tetrasodium etidronate, Titanium Dioxide. This is a standard white soap base. It is highly moisturising and produces a good lather. 

SLS Free Transparent Soap Base - Vegetable Glycerine Soap Base - Aqua, Propylene glycol, Sodium stearate, Sodium laureth sulfate, Glycerin, Sucrose, Sodium cocoate, Sodium xylene sulfonate, Steraic Acid, Tetrasodium EDTA, Tetrasodium etidronate. This is a standard clear soap base and produces a good lather. 

We do not test our products on animals. 

All our soaps are vegan fiendly with the exception of Oatmeal, milk & Honey and Vanilla.

We are fully certified under EU regulations and every item we use has been safety assessed and approved for public sale by EU cosmetic legislation. Our products and labelling comply with the requirements of the cosmetic products directive.


All content available on the Website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, and software, and the compilation thereof (the “Content”) is the property of Shop with Love, our affiliates, our partners or our licensors, and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. Nothing may not reproduced in whole or part by electronic means or in print without the prior written permission of the company.

Unforeseeable circumstances

Shop with Love will exercise every reasonable effort to meet the requested dispatch date. Shop with Love shall not, however, be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, such as but not limited to compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions of the Purchaser, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and we encourage you to revisit these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure that you are at all times fully aware of our Terms and Conditions.
